Synopsis
The Dracula X Chronicles encompass the tale of Richter Belmont, Maria Renard and Alucard. This title is actually two games in one, the first is Rondo of Blood, a title that was never released in North America, followed by Symphony of the Night which happens to be one of the most popular Castlevania titles of all time. Follow Richter, Maria and Alucard as they take on Dracula and his evil minions to save mankind from eternal darkness.
Differences From Originals
This is not a brand new game at all. The primary title, Rondo of Blood, features totally redone graphics with some 3-D effects in a classic side-scrolling world. Symphony of the Night, which happens to be the immediate sequel to Rondo, will remain much the same as the original versions. However, it is confirmed that the game features new voice acting. Symphony is an unlockable feature, as is the original version of Rondo of Blood. They can really cram a lot of stuff on those UMD discs, huh? Of course, all features are optimized for the PSP's widescreen format.
