Final Fantasy VI Review
For many years games have evolved in graphics, gameplay, and some even say story( hahaha yeah right). No one ever takes the time to look back at the roots of most games, go back to the past and re-live what created the future games. These old games make these proclaimed breakthrough new games possible. Now I would be a fool to think that anyone on this site has not played a Final Fantasy game. Allow me to begin the Review of Final Fantasy VI " The Last of The Classic RPG's"
Semi Game Introduction:
"Many years ago a war raged between Humans and Esper. Esper, are magical creatures that can allow humans to use Magic. Humans in there greed for more power crossed the gate between world and began to capture Espers for there own greed. Thus the creation of Magitek was born, machines using magic. A Empire under the control of Emperor Gesthal now has its hands around the throat of the world and has begun is big squeeze."
As you start off you are in the control of a group sent form the Empire to investigate a Esper discovere in the mine of the fronzen tundra town of Narshe. Your group consists of a power magic using woman, and her watchers Vicks, and Wedge. You infiltrate the town and then after some intense stare downs with the Esper, the young girl passes out and wakes up with amnesia and the Narshe guard on her back and now having theEmpire after he because she failed. Terra begins her jouney to help a rebel group called the Returners to over throw the Empire.
Now The Grade Scale. I do not care about graphics so please understand that, and the only time I would is if it interfers with gameplay hence Superman for N64.
Story: 10
Now the story is genius. The fact that there is multiple stories in which you can go with towards every character, along with the main story.
Characters: 10
Much like the story they give you a full backgorund and story of each character. They made it so that every character brings some special attribute or skill to battl form sword play, to morphing, and ever a freakin chainsaw.
Villians: 10
You all know why already but if not. This is THE! only Final Fantasy game where the Villian takes over the world and even caused the deaths of over half the worlds population. Also add the other Villians such as Ultros that makes some funny appearences.
Gameplay: 8.9
The game only offers a few new features from the previous ones, such as all the characters having special abilities and the relic system and Esper system.
Music: 10
You show me two SNES games that can out do the music in this game I will show you some one who needs to be taken out back and shot.
This Game gets a Spectacular 9.8 out of 10
